ENROLLMENT AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The admission shall be provided on first served basis and merit basis: The admission seats are limited for each course. The students are best advised to apply on time. The students whose results are attested or their mark sheets have not been provided well in time, will be admitted on provisional qualifications later on. In case they fall short of those qualifications, the fees paid by them will not be refunded.

The candidates seeking admission in the Polytechnic are required to fill in the prescribed form appended to prospectus available from the office of Polytechnic from 9.00a.m. to 6.00p.m. on all working days, which is priced at Rs. 100/-

Each. application form shall be accompanied by :-
1. 1st-semester fees and examination fee.
2. Photostat copies of certificates and worksheets of the earlier exams passed.
3. Four passport size photographs.
4. A copy of date of birth certificate

CHANGE /ALTERATION AND CLOSURE OF COURSE

Once a student takes admission in a particular course he/she will not be allowed to change the course under any circumstances. The grant of permission would be subjected to availability of seats. The managing committee of the Polytechnic reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change the syllabus, the timings of the Polytechnic or closure if a particular course of a sufficient number of students is not enrolled. The students affected will be given option to change to another course or to withdraw the admission.

MIGRATION & RE-ADMISSION

Students from other Polytechnics can migrate on production of mark of their previous examinations. Such students shall pay Rs. 2500/- migration and the remaining dues of the academic session. If any student goes on long leave without depositing the fee, his/her name would be struck off from the institute and she/he will be readmitted after paying readmission fee of Rs. 1000/-

WORK MATERIAL

The art material & stationary items required for theory & practical classes will not be provided by the Polytechnic. Students will be required to bring their own work material. All work should be completed & submitted on dates assigned. Selected worksheets/project reports will be submitted in the institution for displays & the exhibition.

EMPLOYMENT BUREAU

The Polytechnic maintains a regular liaison / contact through conferences, get together and other professional media, with Export House, Business Houses, Industry, Embassies, Bank, Air Lines, Hotels and Tourist organization to help the successful meritorious students to secure employment.
